Péter Gárdos was born in 1982 in Budapest. From 1991 he attended primary school in Mödling, Austria, then continued his studies at the Bundesgymnasium und Bundesrealgymnasium secondary school, where he graduated in 2001. He then returned to Hungary, where he continued his studies in Tourism and Hotel Management major at the Faculty of Hospitality of the Budapest Business School, in English language. From 2003 to 2004, he worked in Switzerland (Gstaad) and Spain (Madrid), where he had the opportunity to experience the management of work organization processes and learned the basics of international team work culture and its organizational conditions. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree (BA), he continued his studies at the Faculty of Business Administration of the Corvinus University of Budapest from 2006, where he received his MA degree in Business Development in 2008. He earned his MBA in 2011 at the Central European University (CEU).

Péter Gárdos founded Turris Babel Kft. as his first business with his partner, Ádám Breuer, during their college years, and has been its managing director ever since. In addition to Turris Babel Kft., he has set up several Hungarian companies (BudgetTranslation Kft., Dogmopolite Kft., Guttmann & Whiteburg Kft., KJUB Kft., Vessler Kft.) and has held or continues to hold the position of managing director within these companies.

He is actively involved in the professional tasks of Turris Babel Kft., he has translated more than 50 million characters, proofread over 70 million characters, and has spent more than 300 days in the interpreter booth since the company’s foundation. He interprets in Hungarian, English and German, but also speaks excellent French, Spanish, as well as Russian and Italian.

Adam Daniel Breuer-Zehevi was born in 1983 in Jerusalem as a child of Hungarian parents. After primary school, he was a student at Kalai High School (Givataaim) from 1996 to 1998, and when the family moved back to Hungary in 1998, he completed his graduation exam at the Lauder Javne Secondary School in Budapest. He began his studies at the Faculty of Hospitality of the Budapest Business School in Tourism and Hotel Management major, in English language, where he obtained his BA degree in 2005. Following that, he graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2006 with a degree in Hungarian-English-French translation (BA). In the same year, he was on a scholarship at the Faculty of ITI-RI (Translation and Interpretation Training) at the Université Marc Bloch in Strasbourg, France. In 2007, he again studied at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, majoring in International Translation and Interpretation, and received his MA degree as a conference interpreter in Hungarian - English (A), Hebrew (B) and French (C). He obtained his second BA degree in 2011 at the Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Arts, where he studied Oriental Languages and Cultures at the Chinese Faculty from 2007. As a university student (2009-2010), he deepened his knowledge for one year as an EU scholarship student at Beijing Foreign Studies University in Beijing, where he won another 3-year scholarship in 2011. In addition to that, he is working on the continuous expansion of the company in the Far East country and maintains a close daily connection with the Budapest office.

Between 1999 and 2004, he gained experience as a department manager at various marketing and advertising companies. He later worked as an interpreter and project manager at Aviv Travel and Aviation Links (2002-2004). He founded Turris Babel Kft. with Péter Gárdos in 2004, and later they established BudgetTranslation Kft. together. He also assisted Dogmopolite Kft., Guttmann & Whiteburg Kft. and KJUB Kft. as a financial and management consultant. According to the classification of the Directorate-General for Interpretation of the European Union (SCIC), Ádám Breuer is a native speaker of three languages (Hungarian, English, Hebrew) and also interprets between French and Chinese. As a consecutive and simultaneous interpreter, he has already completed approximately 1,000 days of assignments in the above-mentioned languages and has translated millions of words in the English-Hungarian-Hebrew language pairs.
